Finally added to the shop! —> Candybeetle book/album
The publication Where the Candybeetle dwells… by Willem Kolvoort was the artist’s own initiative together with Flip Ekkers at Uitgeverij Philip Elchers in a single, numbered and signed edition of one thousand copies, the first hundred of which form the luxury edition with a separately added screen print made by the artist.
Eleven musicians and bands from the Netherlands and the USA wrote a song by special request after an illustration from a Willem Kolvoort comic strip.
The publication contains the full comic strip with the lyrics to the songs and has a vinyl LP with the original tracks of the eleven songs enclosed.
